Presentación | Encuentro Internacional de Docentes de Música de Cuenca 2022

The Cuenca Summer Cultural Association and the Cuenca campus of the University of Castilla-La Mancha, sponsored by the Cuenca City Consortium, the Department of Didactics of Physical, Artistic and Music Education (UCLM), the Cuenca Faculty of Education and the Menéndez Pelayo International University (UIMP), call on all music researchers and teachers of any stage (childhood, primary, secondary education, artistic baccalaureate, music school, professional conservatory, higher conservatory, university...) to attend as listeners or to participate actively as communicators in the IV International Meeting of Music Teachers of Cuenca / XII Conference on Music Didactics and Musicology.

This scientific meeting will take place at the Faculty of Education of Cuenca (UCLM) on Friday 17, Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 November 2023. Spanish, Portuguese and English will count as official languages.

The call is open to a great diversity of topics related to music education and training and music didactics, understood in a very broad, active and complementary way. At the same time, the central axis of this edition is to reflect on the relevance of Musical Education for all stages and all concerns. It is also intended to highlight the importance of musical education in the training of all people.
